Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort

Blending elegance with a distinctive equine theme, Disney’s Saratoga Springs overlooks rolling golf course greens and the glistening waters of Village Lake. Conveniently located just minutes away from some of Disney’s biggest attractions, guests can take a shuttle bus to the theme parks, or hop on the water taxi for a picturesque cruise to Disney Springs. Hit the links at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf course, or enjoy fishing, tennis, basketball courts and jogging trails nearby. With the motto “Health, History, and Horses,” the resort has a distinctive laid-back atmosphere. Cool off at the Paddock Pool which features a waterslide, a horseshoe shaped whirlpool spa, and 2 mini-waterslides for the kids. The High Rock Spring Pool is a waterpark-style pool with a 128-foot long waterslide that is sure to keep the kids happily entertained while adults catch some rays or enjoy cool refreshments at On the Rocks Pool Bar. This resort offers Studio, 1, 2-bedroom units, or 3-bedroom Treehouse Villas. Settled back in the woods and elevated about 10 feet above the ground, the Treehouse Villas feature a slightly larger floor plan and bunk beds for the kids. Most Saratoga Springs villas feature spacious layouts, luxurious bathrooms, full kitchen and other helpful amenities. Villas sleep from up to 4 adults to up to 12 adults comfortably. Saratoga Springs is the largest property within Disney Vacation Club (DVC), with 888 total units, while Old Key West comes second with 531 units. As the largest property, Saratoga Springs tends to have more contracts available for resale than any other resort. It has a strong resale value and is relatively affordable on a dollar-per-point basis, with a deed that is valid until 2054 and comparatively low yearly dues. This makes it an appealing option for those looking to enter into DVC ownership.
