The lush landscaping, pastel-colored buildings, and palm trees create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. Old Key West is just a short boat ride away from Disney Springs, where you can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. And while Old Key West resale contracts typically have a 2042 deed expiration date, there are many "extended deed" contracts on the market that extend the deed to 2057.
