It's one of the best values in DVC resale, offering an affordable point chart and some of the largest rooms on property. The villas at Old Key West are criminally underrated. They offer spacious accommodations that are perfect for families and larger groups. Most units come equipped with fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, washer/dryer in unit, large master bathrooms, luxurious master bedroom, and private balcony. The resort recently underwent a refurbishment, and the results are stunning. The resort's theming is inspired by the Florida Keys, and you'll feel like you're on a tropical island getaway as soon as you step foot on the property. The lush landscaping, pastel-colored buildings, and palm trees create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. Old Key West is just a short boat ride away from Disney Springs, where you can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. And while Old Key West resale contracts typically have a 2042 deed expiration date, there are many "extended deed" contracts on the market that extend the deed to 2057.
