Children and adults will be delighted with the sights and sounds of Africa. Watch as zebras, giraffes, gazelle, marabou, ostriches and other wildlife roam freely through the savanna. Cool off on those hot Florida days at the Samawati Springs pool, complete with a 67-foot waterslide. Experience spectacular African fare at any of the restaurants on the resort’s property. Boma – Flavors of Africa restaurant resembles an African marketplace and features authentic African cuisine. Jiko – The Cooking Place is another casual dining option. The African-themed villas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge truly make this resort one-of-a-kind. Most units have a view of the savanna and offer a spacious layout with lavish bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and plenty of deluxe amenities making each villa the perfect combination of convenience and luxury.
