They offer spacious accommodations that are perfect for families and larger groups. Most units come equipped with fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, washer/dryer in unit, large master bathrooms, luxurious master bedroom, and private balcony. The resort recently underwent a refurbishment, and the results are stunning. The resort's theming is inspired by the Florida Keys, and you'll feel like you're on a tropical island getaway as soon as you step foot on the property. The lush landscaping, pastel-colored buildings, and palm trees create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. Old Key West is just a short boat ride away from Disney Springs, where you can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. And while Old Key West resale contracts typically have a 2042 deed expiration date, there are many "extended deed" contracts on the market that extend the deed to 2057.
