The Villas at Disneyland Hotel

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, a new Disney Vacation Club tower, offers guests an upscale way to enjoy proximity to Disneyland Park and California Adventure. The tower features a variety of accommodations, including the unique Jungle Book-themed Duo Studios that sleep two and Deluxe Studios themed after Sleeping Beauty and The Princess and the Frog. Guests can choose from Standard, Preferred, and Garden views. While the Villas at Disneyland Hotel offer many desirable amenities, potential buyers should be aware of a few things. First, this property currently carries a hefty transient occupancy tax, assessed at check-out. Second, this resort is limited by "resale restriction" meaning that points purchased on the resale market can ONLY be used at this resort.
