Here is a resort for the Disney fan that desires clean lines, gentle turns and sophistication along with the whimsical touches of our favorite mouse incorporated throughout the décor. From the A-frame design of the main building to the smooth curves of Bay Lake Tower, the grounds and the pools capture an understated elegance. DVC is proud to call Bay Lake Tower Villas home and owners have easy access to the main building of Disney’s Contemporary Resort via a short walk through the covered Sky Way Bridge. As an owner at DVC Bay Lake Tower, you’ll know you have bought into something special from the first night you go up to the Top of the World lounge. Reserved only for DVC owners, you’ll enjoy light bites and a cocktail with your fellow DVC owners as the Magic Kingdom fireworks light up the night. Only Walt’s vision could have brought together a property for the family that desires award winning dining while watching fireworks explode over Cinderella’s Castle, or breakfast spent dancing with Mickey and friends while the Monorail runs overhead. And if that’s not enough, this property is only steps away from the gates of the Magic Kingdom!

If you’ve never heard of Bay Lake Tower, imagine a Disney property that’s walking distance to the Magic Kingdom, that has its own private rooftop fireworks viewing spot, that has easy monorail access to all of the magic and features villas with full kitchens, living rooms and multiple bedrooms.
The studios are not as big as other DVC studios, and the theming was very bland compared to what one would expect from Disney. However, I believe these are minimal issues when you consider the fact that you can walk to Magic Kingdom. Have I mentioned you can walk to Magic Kingdom?
